Based purely on your tag I say no. Today was the first time I saw you ever on the server and to be honest you blocked me on several occasions.

I'm well aware that I'm not the only one on the server, in fact I prefer it that way. Does not change the fact that I had NEVER seen you on before.

As a side note, we should up the kills limit to 1000 or maybe even 2000. I'm sick of people applying after playing on the server for 4 hours.
