CRASHED has joined the game...

Playing and everything is fine one moment then I see "CRASHED has joined the game" and the server went down it was about 10:22 central time......

EDIT: Went back up a couple minutes later and I kept hitting ma_rates so if need be you can check whoever came back because every once in a while it would lag weird again.

Sounds like the issue with spamming a command to create a buffer overflow, or a variation of it. They patched the one i knew of a while back though. Which server?

It was the assault server.........dont really know a whole lot about this stuff.........so yaaaa

There's one where you bind something rcon and then spam it to crash the server.

Just sounds like some nerd being a douchebag. So long as it's not a regular thing I doubt we'll have a problem. Perhaps someone could warn the server provider just in case?
