Would like an Unban Please

Hello All, I just jumped into the GoG assault server for the first time in a month and after one round and with no warning (i have voices off so no written warning) i was banned Permanently. I was on the CT side and i only killed 3 people before losing the round for my team. Here is my console of what happened...

I dont even care why i was banned so much as how i could have possibly earned a perma ban.

because i tried to rejoin and it said kicked and permanently banned

I remember I temp banned you b4 so you can have the 3 strikes and your out thingy

ok thanks for lookin into it. if i knew what it was about then that would help too... i dont want to repeat any mistake i made to piss off an admin haha
