Hard Drive

so i havnt played in a few weeks due to my hdd being fried, so all ive been able to use is this laptop which could do 20-40 fps, but ive never been able to stand that, anyone know any good references?, looking for a tb, gonna go down to computer experts next week cause they can order it and get it in stock 2-3 days, i have a few in mind, just want input

References as in good hard drives?
Go with Western Digital. They're quality at a decent price.
Just make sure you get a black, not green. Green is only 5400rpm, when you want 7200 or higher.

Did you think about getting a Hard Drive and a SSD for your games?

The VelociRaptor is Win. I was going to put one in mine when i re-built it.

i was actually looking into that, but ive ben being told down at best buy and computer experts since i only use 1 hdd i might as well just get a 7200 rpm with 1 tb, cause i let my gf add all her sims crap and let her use it for music and picture storage rather than her gumming up her school laptop
