Admins on GoG Assault Server

Hey guys, just posting an update for the Admin problems weve been having on the new 100tic server.

We have sorted out all the kinks with mani and the various problems (we think) and are now ready to start getting everyone admin again. We are unable to add users manually so you will need to join the server and Have Irish, Ranger, Bob, or Myself create your user and add your account.

Anyone Who I do not have explicit permission to give admin will not recive it until I have that permission from Ranger, Irish or Bob.
