Any ideas for a really really cheap 1 year anniversary gift/date?

A nice night out. Find a fun place to go and a movie or whatever, entertain her and end the night at a sleazy hotel room/her place/your place or something like that. A lot cheaper than worthwhile jewelry.

Go walk by the river, and toss the bitch in!

Dinner and a blowjob is usually nice.

Brunch and buttsex.

idk, those two are usually the top things on a 1 year.

My idea is still better.

Make her dinner at your place, it's cheap and romantic. Find out how to make her favorite food, light candles, get roses (before they jack the price up for V-day) just make the table look nice and suprise her with it all, even if you can't cook she'll appreciate it, tell her you made reservations at some fancy restaurant or something and then suprise her with that stuff. Then rent her favorite movie and watch it together. She'll love it and never forget it, you'll get laid, and you'll have money left over.

Well, the day has come and passed, I actually forgot on the actual day, but I've planned to make up for it soon enough.

What I do for a date sometimes or for V-Day is make my place look nice (see Psyclone's post) but don't tell them where I'm taking them. Then I tell them to dress casual and pick em up. Then go to the supermarket and tell her she's doing dessert, and I get shit i need for dinner.
