I've played this server hundreds of times and am fully aware of the footsniping rule. The reason I don't know what admin kicked me is because when I viewed server information after I was kicked, his name wasn't on the list. I've looked through all of the GoG members and his name isn't on that list either.

I had just jumped down behind the 2 boxes in the entrance of Assault (on the T side) as he was in the front doorway. I assume that other people were footsniping him, but when I killed him from a perfect viewpoint completely within the GoG rules, he assumed it was me all along and perma banned me.

If that's all it's for, you should be all set. The admin who banned you will be in here shortly to voice their side anyway.

I used to play a couple years ago with a different name, then stopped playing CSS altogether, and only picked it back up after the update with a new name. I used to be SympX.

That name is unfamiliar to me as well but who knows. Anyway, just be patient until the banning admin comments. You may have only been temporarily banned.

I don't remember your name as the one who banned me. However, if it indeed was you who banned me, I believe you are remembering the events incorrectly as I hadn't said/typed a single word the entire time that I was playing.

Also, right before I was banned the admin who banned me was saying (in reference to someone footsniping them) "Keep doing it, keep it up and see what happens (I jump down behind the boxes and kill the admin), alright, you asked for it 'Go Go.' You're getting banned." At this point I typed "whoa" as soon as I could, but was banned without warning and before I could defend myself.

Regardless, I'm glad that someone came forward and informed me that it was just a 7-day ban, and not a permanent ban. I'll wait for the ban to expire and return to the server at that time. Thanks.

Well it's been over 2 weeks and I'm still banned. It's not a big deal though, because Nom is a far better server. They don't excessively ban players (without cause), they have a server where you can actually talk or hold conversations without fearing the admin will cry like a baby and ban you, and because they are just better than GoG.

I don't think I've ever come across a server that treats everyone with so much disrespect and child-like tendencies. Even on this board, which is supposed to be moderated and civil, I get called a "r-tard" and get told to "act like a good little boy." Obviously GoG admins are not held accountable for their actions and don't keep record of who they continuously ban.

I was not banned by Irish, because I would have remembered if that vile, slobbering, drunken fool was ranting his immature and embarrassingly uneducated articulations while I attempted to quietly play, minding my own business. I was banned by Iyazzzz, and I knew that all along, but I wanted to give GoG a chance to redeem itself for its blatant abuse of visitors to the server.

Everything else was true, other than my omission of the admin's name. I was banned for no reason, and ignored when politely requesting to be reinstated. Your server is already out of control, and eventually all that will remain will be a juvenile boy's club, full of only GoG members having a white boy's dick swinging contest and seeing who can repeatedly yell the loudest at one another.

I imagine this post will be either removed immediately or branded on the front page for all to laugh at, so I'll not waste much more of my time. I don't care that I'll be forever banned, and honestly if I had been unbanned, chances are I would have never revisited the Assault server anyway.
