So I got a new chassis and I reformatted as well.
Everything was supposed to run real smooth-like, but instead of silky smooth gameplay, i was getting 18ish fps.
WTF
So I checked my drivers and shit, it was all good.
Then I checked my windows rating and I saw that instead of the 5.1 for CPU that I had (old ass build)
I was getting 4.6
That might be cause of the shit thermal paste, so today, I got some Arctic Silver 5, I just put it on and I'm hoping that's all I have to fucking do.
In no way can i afford an upgrade @ this point.
