Yeah most of the commands are there but just so people this does your type of admin will allow you to do any of them.
So whatever group level your in will allow only certin commands so don't bitch/worry if they're not all working.

also just fyi: ma_help can give you a huge list of them in the console itself, and usually just saying ma_*WHATEVER* without anything will give you the parameters for it. (put what you want to do for *WHATEVER*

No one I know of other than the obvious people (Bob, Irish, Ranger) are allowed to do that. When I try it I get a message telling me its restricted.

lol, you can make people join other servers, change their names, make them dissconnect, ma_cexec is the best command, after ma_color of course.

It's called Ma_help, it displays every command possible. To know what each command does, you simply type in the command with no suffix, it will display what the command does and how to use it properly.
For example, here is the console for ma_slay:
] ma_slay
Command Name: 'ma_slay'
Server Console: Yes | Client Console: Yes | Chat Command: Yes | Allowed in war mode: No
Parameters : ma_slay <target>
Description: Slay the target
