| I'm not much of a graphics guy, I do enjoy AI, though. I havn't decided yet whether to use directx or opengl. I hear either directx 10 or 11 runs on macs to some degree, but I havn't researched those, I've only used 9.
I have been working out of visual studio on windows vista so the line between microsoft/c++ standard libraries has somewhat blurred. | |

| That depends, DirectX if you want to lock yourself into that. OpenGL has very good cross-platform support, and is just as capable in most cases. | |

| yeah...it's just...i was taught opengl by one of those stereotypical apple-loving assholes which kinda makes me hate using it, but i've had more practice with it than directx, so i'll probably go with opengl. At least until I get frustrated dealing with all the crap in opengl that directx does for you. | |
