Server Ban

I joined the server on wireless, plugged in my ethernet cable and I got a pop up that my steam id was in use on this server.
I re connected a few times thinking it would let me in once my old connection timed out.
I then got a message 'kicked by console'
now I keep getting this when I try to connect:

Connecting to 69.9.47.104:27015...
Banned by server

Not sure how long this ban is for, anyway to lift it?
