alright fellas, i seem to have a dilemma on my hands and dont know how to find a solution

i put an ad up for a wii i was selling with games blah blah blah that kind of shit right
the price was 250 since it was a bundle
got an email saying this guy wanted to buy it for 300 cuz of international shipping
i say wutever and he sends me 300
it didnt appear in my account though
so my friend wanted to buy it and i sold it to him for cheap
and i told the guy that
he said to send him back his 300
but i couldnt since there wasnt 300 in my account
i was notified by paypal that i will only be credited 300 when i give the tracking number for the wii
so now this guy doesnt get his money back cuz i never received it
he went to paypal fbi or some type of shit and snitched

that sounds fucked up...um, i think you need to email paypal your story and see what they can do about it. idk anything about paypal so im not much help.

Paypal can fix it! just send an email saying you want them to send the 300 back, at this point the money is floating and they have complete control of it

yeha i did send them an email i think like twice but they havent replied to me and this guy (who lives in nigeria) wont get off my nuts about it and keeps threating me witht he fbi lol [scared]

if it was thru craigslist then paypal cant do shit! other than cancel the transaction.

but if it was ebay, there will be a complaint ticket which ebay and paypal will clear up through emails.

if you did it thru craigslist you dont have to do anything, cause craigslist has a disclaimer for scammers. if its thru ebay tho you gotta contact Paypal

Ok first off, people get scammed out of there money (in this exact way) everyday. Paypal and Ebay both state to make sure you know who your trading with and to be sure you do i in a proper way as to not get Ripped off. So, because they give this warning they are stating that they are not responsible if you are stupid enough to get scammed out of your money, Other words, they won't do Crap all about people getting Jibbed.

So Pubbin, calm down buddy, aint no one going to jail over 300$ lol.

This guy is just trying to make you Shit Yourself, Honestly. He is probably making up the E-mails and what not, just like i said in Steam Friends, send PayPal an E-mail abou this problem, and tell the "FBI" that they can get the money from your account themselves. If they really are the FBI, all they will need is an Account name and they can get the Password and everything else themselves.

Like i said Before, No person is EVER going to get arrested over a mistake in 300$ (Unless they robbed astore).
