Anyone got GTA IV on Steam?

I want to see how well it runs on my computer. Just wanted to see if anyone bought it and would be willing to let me try it.

what are your pc specs

well according to systemrequirementslab.com it says my CPU is the only thing not passing recommended.

Off the top of my head i have 3 gigs of RAM, an XFX 8800 GT graphics card (512 mb), and an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+, 2.59 GHz speed.

I know it will run, I just want to know to what extent and if it will be enjoyable to play like that. Just wanna test it for myself, cause going off what people say is harder to understand for me.

tony if you have a x2 system which can handle the control of a 8800 and 3 gigs, then youll be fine bro.

GTA IV gets fun for the moment, but I got bored with it.

I played it on Xbox360.
My friend torrented it though and he said it worked out fine. He only did online play though.

Game gets boring after a few crashes and deaths. Glad I didn't download the torrent. If it's on PC then you should get a controller to play with. GTA 4 doesn't sound like it would be convenient and easy on a keyboard.

Well I played vice city on the PC and it was pretty decent.

Just download the torrent. Get the full rip and play it. You don't like it, no biggie 'cause it was free.
