irish - rates

just a note on your rate enforcing plugin, irish, i tested it and it forced my rates to 66, not 100.

so when your throwing a tantrum and banning people, keep in mind that they can't change their rates due to your plugin.

My rates are are always set to 100, even if they get forced by another server, if i join and change them, they change. His force rates plugin doesn't work obviously, that or it does on certain people.

I dont ban people cause of rates Idk about them!
Dick said he knows how to do it IE force em but whippy told me a way but I think counterstrike.com change it back thats why it forced them to 66 I will change uit back to 100!
